8/10 for property, aesthetics, pool and views. 3/10 for customer service, receptionist dark hair older lady was deliberately very rude any time I went to the desk she would begin to speak to me then answer a call in the middle and put her finger up to tell me to wait every time, however, I never witnessed her do this to any other customers.
The pasta chef, very rude, the morning omelette chef rude, banging pans and grumpy, and the crêpe staff all very dismissive, it's like you're asking for a favour just to be served.
However, the welcome hosts to the main buffet were always friendly and smiley as well as the main waiters and the cleaner for our room were very polite and lovely.
It is a shame for the poor quality of the other staff members as the resort itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean, but purely based on the service, I wouldn't feel comfortable to return again.
