This hotel was not of 5 standard at all! A few rooms amongst rwgular apartments in a building thet has not been properly finished off and the common areas are dirty .the worst was the management who refused my efforts to negotiate an early exit from the 4 nights I booked so I could go to somewhere that met expectations of my holiday. Thanks to the hotel magarment and also hotels.com my unsaridfactory experience was not acknowledged and everyone pointed fingers at each other as to who was to blame. somehow the hotel description has been published as including a lot of items such as memory foam mattressea and bath robes (to name a few) when in fact these things do not exist. Breakfast was average, the air con plays up and the walk to the main areais dangerous The only positive is that the front desk staff tried hard to please...i think they felt sorry for us. Do not book this hotel isf you want an enjoyable stay in KL its

Amazing stay and overall experience. From checking through the ability of the late checkout (which hugely helped as we had a late evening flight) everything was superb.

Check In staff were good, they dealt with our issues in a timely fashion. It’s all downhill from here-the smell in the room emanating from the bathroom was atrocious, we had to use the kitchen sink to brush, the smell would make us gag. The front desk staff did help by sending cleaning staff to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the smell was back in a few short hours. The front desk staff were helpful, but the management didn’t care enough to provide us with air fresheners.

This could be perfect ! Great location, lovely staff, very nice pool, the room was great as well. But several issues, it was not clean, lots of hair in the room and it was lacking from fourniture: no hand soap, no big trash, no hand towel… overall a good experience.

ブッキンタンの街もさほど遠くなく歩いて行けます。周りにも美味しいパン屋や少し高級感のあるお店があり、ショッピングセンターには銀座で２時間は待つバチャコーヒーがあったりと少し調べるとなかなか楽しい場所です。 難点はエレベーターが時間を間違えるとめちゃくちゃ混んでいるのと 駐車場の場所がわかりにくいです。 あとコンドミニアムなのでタオルなどは自分で洗濯しないとハウスキーピングは来ないので、3泊以上する人は洗剤を持って行った方がいいと思います。

Nice and comfortable service residence

We booked a night for a 3 bedroom apartment at the Ayatt but after checking in, we we're told that we are actually staying at the Agile. Overall it's a nice and comfortable Residence but you only have 2 elevators for 60 floors. Each time you need to wait at least 5 minutes to get into the elevator and during checkout time, you need like 10 minutes as the elevator is packed with people and their suitcases.

Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle. Rubbish was not empty, floor are vacuum or swept, toilet was not clean. Towels and floor mat was not changed. When we first arrived, they don't provide kettle, shampoo or shower gel, no cups, plates and cutlery too. We have to call the reception to send it to our room. The room comes with induction cooker, but no cooking pots or pan. Basically nothing is provided. I would suggest that Ayatt should provide a cleaning tools eg, broom, toilet brush and mob. The guess would gladly do their own cleaning if the tools is provided. Rather than staying for 5 days in a dirty toilet and floor..
