객실은 깨끗 했으며 직원들도 친절 했습니다. 조식도 간단히 먹기 좋았습니다. 다만 창문을 꼭 닫았지만 차가 지나가는 소리가 너무 크게 들려 편히 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 입실을 할 때 청소용품(Rhino세정제) 가 테이블에 있었는데, 사실 일을 하다가 생긴 실수라고 넘길 수 있는 부분인데, 잠시 외출을 한 사이에 치워졌습니다. 이건 고객이 입실을 한 상태에서 직원이 얘기없이 사용중인 방에 들어왔다는 건데 이 부분이 기분이 안좋았습니다. 사전에 양해를 구하고 들어왔다면 모르겠지만, 양해없이 객실에 들어 온것은 투숙객을 무시 한 것이라고 생각합니다.

스파 호텔답게 1인실도 욕조가 큰것이 가장 큰 장점입니다. TV와 침대, 특히 베개가 메모리폼이어서 편안했습니다. 시설에 비해 가격도 저렴하네요. 단점은 세가지가 있는데 첫째, 샷시가 일반 창문이라 새벽 5시부터 출근차량의 소음이 4층의 객실에 그대로 들려옵니다. 둘째, 조식은 도시락을 제공해주는데 맛이 너무 없습니다. 셋째, 청결이 살짝 아쉽습니다. 바닥에 먼지뭉친 머리카락이 있는데 청소기에서 나온것인지 원래 있던것인지...
