Amazing sfaff and place

Lovely place to stay and relax, great pool and sauna facilities. Nice restaurant and bar and easy parking. Nothing else around except a separate Italian restaurant which was basic but served fab food at good prices - a nice alternative to the hotel’s own restaurant. Safe and easy parking.

Easy to find with SatNav. Friendly reception staff. Room was lovely, though wasn't garden view (facing the roof with a bit of countryside beyond) and no slippers as suggested on website. Lovely comfortable bedding, no fan or air conditioning but a nice breeze in the hot September morning. Breakfast was fine with standard continental choices. Ample parking and Wi-Fi worked OK. If we had more time we would have enjoyed a game of table tennis in the garden!

Kind host. Everything was as it should be.

Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans. I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!

The room was beautifully clean,staff lovely.Breakfast good and a very fair price.You can relax here,doesn't seem a lot of pressure to be moving all the time.Really quiet and slept very well.
