This well-secured rental Unit is located inside a sprawling apartment complex whose units can only be accessed by the entry points from a multi-level parking garage.The Unit is managed by an outside property management company requiring a separate web platform with a lengthy registration procedure involving entering all of your personal information, uploading your dirver's license,uploading a selfie of yourself, and signing a 'mini-lease agreement'. This property Mgmt portal link is disrespectfully texted 6 hours before check-in, when travel-day logistics are in full swing, and I had to pull over. Mgmt Co has a Minnesota area code and has clearly never been to the property. I was stranded outside of the Apt complex for almost an hour while waiting for them to provide more extensive check-in instructions, all due to an additional link from thier web portal. They ignored my calls & voicemails and would only respond via text. Artificial Intelligence suspected. Unit was very far from parking garage and is easy to get lost. $100 property management fee baked into reservation despite the limited help they gave. $35 early Check-in fee & a scavenger hunt involving a bike storage cage on first floor of parking garge for lockbox, parking then on 3rd floor garage, and then walking a long ways to the unit. Unit is as pictured but Property Mgmt is horrible. No hot water from shower on last day. When I informed them thru text, They responded "Thank you! We hope you enjoyed your stay!"
