"They need to have two attendants working. One person simply can’t keep up with the crowd. The hotel also ran out of towels at 8 p.m. and said they wouldn’t have any more until the next day. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told that, then had to wait even longer while the attendant went to check, only to come back and confirm there were no towels. Having two attendants would have made the process much faster and prevented such a long wait for a simple answer. Other than that, great rooms"
