This is a love motel and should not be part of the Expedia experience. Dead cockroaches on the floor, people screaming, reeking of cigarettes and no sheets on the bed. I did pay for insurance and they would not give me my money back had to file a claim now with Expedia.

Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila.
