Stay was ok. I thought i had booked a room with a balcony but they gave us a room without a balcony. This hotel is located very conveniently for walking to everything. The main dock and tons of shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Airport is just a short taxi ride away. Very nice staff and a clean and comfortable room. A nice lounge with a great view you can wait in if you have to check out long before your flight

Everything was great, is an apart hotel, you have a dining table a small fridge, cook stove, microwave, tv etc. Personnel is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is good and varied. Location is just great, walking distance to everywhere in the city, and you have seashore view from your room window!! I will be back anytime soon!!

My room was included with breakfast. I had to leave at 6.15 am for a tour and had requested packed box. The breakfast was at 7 am. We told 3 desk clerks about this . Unfortunately did not get it. Asked for refund later on our return. Nothing or any other service. The front desk is very slow. location is good but service not. There is no coffee machines either.

The hotel staff was super friendly. we were there for our 20th anniversary which we mentioned to the front desk attendance, Jonathan, in passing. Next thing we know, there was wine and chocolate left in the room for us to celebrate the occasion!! we also got upgraded to a king suite which was an amazing penthouse room, with gorgeous views. The Spa was also a nice touch. Over all I think the hotel is a great option in a very good location near all the attractions and restaurants.
