Positives: Great location on seaftont and close to the tennis tournament, parking bays close by.
Negatives: lift out of order, not good if youre on top floor with luggage. Tiny shower room, could hardlymove in there without injuring yourself and the lights in there not working.

Well located on the sea front, but that's about all. No hot water and a rather disinterested front desk. Fortunately, I was only staying one night. Would not recommend the place. However, the cost of the hotel should be taken into account I suppose.

They should warn you that the hotel is closed until 14h, which means you can’t even sit and wait for your check in if you arrived earlier than that. Plus, they don’t keep your luggage after you check out, in case your train is much later. Also, no air con, which means windows open and mosquitoes eating you up.

Hotel in a good postion and outlook, but the management which has just taken over is remarkably unprofessional with a terrible attitude. Neither shower not TV in room worked, power sockets loose. 3rd floor window opened over 45 cm (maximum under Health & Safety law is 10cm), no safety catch, easy to jump/fall from for those who may be unstable.
When challenged re these matters, hotel staff take a threatening attitude stating they will "evict" such paying customers, and when other guests overheared this interaction we collectively laughed in disbelief, they take immense offence and (with safety in numbers / colleagues) they attempt to challenge their disgusted customers and de-activated key fobs locking them out. Knowingly leaving lone females in such a position shows immense inconsideration, virtual discrimination and unbelivably bad practice.
