10/10 Sempurna

Stayed in the Premier Room, so was kitted out with water, fridge, expression machine! Bed was comfy and room was the right temperature, considering the heat from outside.

10/10 Sempurna

Visiting family. Super friendly front desk. Simple and adequate breakfast buffet. Room is simple, functional and air conditioned. Which matters when it’s 32C outside! Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby

Great staff! Good service. The size of the bedrooms are comfortable and the place was clean

4/10 Lumayan

i can deal without air conditioning but zero circulation in the room and halways ? yikes it was like walking into a sauna there. unless you book the upgraded room, the only water available was downstairs in the lobby , one cup at a time so nothing to bring upstairs to your room unless you're good with one small cup. you will need to ask for bottled water. the cafeteria was good for breakfast actually better than the atrocious restaurant next door. if you have luggage, be aware there is no lift. i would never stay here again.
