Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport by IHG
"The best part of the stay was the food and restaurant staff. Absolutely amazing, always smiling and willing to help in any possible manner they can. Special mention for Riya, Sumant, Munshi and shariful. Absolutely amazing restaurant staff. However, cannot say the same about Hotel in general. Its not bad but not great either. For example, bathroom has mould in the corners, rusted and salt deposits on shower handles, unpleasant smell of the scent they use in lobby (which u get inside the room too due to same air being circulated by the AC. During my stay, they painted a few rooms on my floor and I had to change the room due to strong smell of new paint. Additionally, their gym room was empty for the entire duration I stayed, not a single equipment 😔"
