Nice hotel in downtown Iguala close to everything good breakfast and Gym, parking lot included The only problem I have experienced was the hotel rooms all are upstairs and no elevator and for old people like me and my wife make us very uncomfortable to go up and down more that 2 times a day other than that is a good hotel brand new .

We planned on staying here but the shower did not function and was told it would be over 2 hrs to repair it. They would not accommodate us into another room so we could shower. We had a funeral to attend that day and we expressed it them how important it was and they were rude. We ask for a refund of the charge and they kept coming us with all these excuses not refund us. Would not recommend at all.
