Rothschild Boulevard is a terrific base for exploring Tel Aviv as it is not only within easy reach of the main sights, but also interesting in itself. Access by car isn't entirely straightforward - we were very glad to have GPS.

A small friendly hotel, with staff who are really helpful. My suite was very large with all the facilities needed. The rooms are immaculately clean and modern. This hotel is 3 start as it does not have facilities such as a pool, bar, gym etc, but the rooms are on par with a 4 star hotel.
Very close to the main street of Dizengoff street where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants, although the hotel itself is down a side street which is nice and quiet. Close to all major attractions...
A lovely hotel a short walk from the top of Dizingoff Street. It is a long road but a 20 minute walk and you are in the centre of Tel Aviv. The hotel is a boutique hotel so quite small but the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Our room had a sea view (albeit a short distance away) and a nice balcony to sit out on.
My wife and I visited Tel Aviv for 10 nights for the first time in June 2017 . We had an excellent time staying at the A23 Boutique Hotel. The rooms felt really modern and new. All the staff were exceptionally friendly (with particular praise to Topaz and Jan in the bar). The meals were really delicious and hearty too. This was among one of the best holidays we have been on!
Had a short stay for two nights on business, found the hotel comfortable, clean and the reception desk always willing to help out. The breakfast was fine and the rooms were well kept and spacious.
If you want a more local feel for your stay in Tel Aviv then this is a great choice, it has a comfy relaxed style and very friendly staff.
It's located a bit far from the centre but with that it's quiet & more of a local feel. There are lots of restaurants & quirky shops in the area.
Traffic is busy but that's the same everywhere in TLV.

Brilliant little place with a great business lounge. Within a short taxi ride to everything in Tel Aviv. Good sized room (had a club room), definitely worth the upgrade; wine, soft drinks, snacks and more in the lounge!
Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. Spotlessly clean too
We were warned about lack of wardrobe space but it’s the same in all the boutique hotels so I brought lots of packing bags...
A great location, 3 minutes from the beach, super nice staff, great breakfast, we were a family there, the room was amazing with the bunk beds. In short, everything was amazing.
An excellent stay here. The staff were very helpful. They even had free beach towel hire. The rooms are a little small but if you don't mind that then choose this hotel. The public beach is only a short walk just past the US Embassy.
