The hotel is well located and clean. One negative point was that the walls were not soundproof and we could hear noise from the rooms next to us and the hallway. The staff was polite but when we asked to change room due to a noisy family in the room next to us, they were not so quick to accept our request. The reception should also have information for tours in the area, we asked for a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan and they did not have any information on this, which should be the minimum considering this is a 4 star hotel and these are the main attractions in the area.

Amazing hotel with stunning views. I came here solo and the people were so welcoming and nice to me. Dhiva from reception was amazing and was aware of my special requests when I arrived. Het smile was brilliant and she really made my arrival fantastic. My room was amazing. I was on a higher floor and the views were so breathtaking that I spend a lot of time in my room taking fotos and staring over Yogyakarta. The shower has 3 different settings ( tap, normal and waterfall) the water is not only warm but gets super hot IF you want to. It was amazing to have a good hot shower with good water pressure for a change in Indonesia. The room was super clean and comfortable the bed ultra comfortable. I had a few beers on the rooftop and really loved the place. Maybe the menu could be a bit more extensive but it was a great space to spend some time at night. This hotel is definitely worth the money and if there is anything you need fixing then Hasna is there to fix it. She is the face to see to give comments and suggestions. Again ultra friendly and super efficient. Then special thanks to the guys outside. It was always nice to come home to the hotel and get a warm greeting. Always smiling and welcoming. Havit and other guys: thanks too. 10/10
