Not real clear signage about the property. Nothing to indicate sierra house on the street. Parking very limited. Room was very small. King bed took up all the space. No room for even a chair. On the positive side, once we figured out where to go was super easy check in with a very polite young lady. Room was freshly painted and very clean with a huge tv. Mammoth itself a little disappointing to me. Not a lot of food choices on the end of town where hotel is and at lunch every place had a huge wait. In evening everything closes at 8. Very limited options. Was an ok stay overall.

The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great room, nicely decorated with plenty of space. The Jacuzzi and some are a great plus after a day of skiing. But I’m trying to understand why they put so many outside stairs on a place that gets so much snow.

The woman working the front "desk" was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The property was a bit confusing as it's a one-way drive with the name of the hotel not matching the name of the hotel on the website. Great location. I only have a couple of things I would have preferred, including a fan or ability to have a breeze without opening a door, pillows which were not extra thick and firm, a bed frame that I was not constantly stubbing my toe on, and stomping guests in the room above me. Otherwise, the room was well furnished, large bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Elevator was easy to access as well. I would definitely stay here again though I would bring my own pillows and a portable bedside fan.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Although I initially made a mistake by booking a room without a kitchen, I was very impressed when the hotel team graciously switched us to a room with a kitchen at no additional cost. This was incredibly kind and allowed us to prepare the meals we had brought with us. The room itself was modern, very clean, and featured panoramic windows with fantastic views. It was an excellent stay overall, and I will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

There was no shade on one window that faced an outside stairway, the door was broken, the shower head was laying on the floor and the air/heat was not working. Victor fixed it all and Larissa at the front desk was great.

Would not stay here again. New building but poorly built and not well maintained. The shower leaked all over the bathroom, there was no soap to wash hands at the sink, the smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling… just to name a few issues.

The Hotel is a little tricky to find, you check into another Hotel to get your room. Rooms a nicely appointed, bedding supper comfy. Everything is new and clean. We selected the King size bed and found the room itself to be a little tight and the bathroom to be huge. Though admittedly it was lovely.
