The Hotel is really close to various amenities—restaurants, bars. It's a lively area, but it's not noisy. I would avoid going during a heat wave, as the hotel is not air conditioned, and the higher floors can get warm real fast.

I was very happy with the stay. Hotel Prens allowed us to check in pre decided check-in time, due to our early arrival. The hospitality was great, we got great recommendations about the city. The room was large, clean and the breakfast was included and the backyard was great.

The hotel was as expected for the price. No luxury, but completely decent. Good location right next to Scönleinstrasse U-bahn and Maybach uffer. Clean large room, no bedbugs, ok bathroom, free stable wifi, and keycard for entrance so one can come and go freely. Friendly staff.

Good valuable room. Windows to street, very noisy but as soon as you close the window it’s quiet. Dusty floor under the bed, can’t have been cleaned for days. Otherwise cleaned. Good size of room. No kettle or fridge. Close to bars restaurants and shops.

They took cash only when arriving, which was a major setback. I would not take the breakfast, lots of nice places really close. Cold water in the shower late in the evening … The bed was quite bad. On the positive side is the location.

Our checkin was actually quite lovely, and the parking behind a locked gate was also comforting given the rough neighborhood. The room was very hot and stuffy, though. When we asked about a fan, we were told there should be one in every room. Ours did not have one, and we had to sleep with the windows open because it was so warm. The front desk clerk tried to convince us that it was not very warm and that it was quiet on the third floor, but there were sirens and other loud city noises all night long. We all slept horribly. Also, one of the chairs in the room was broken. The arm kept falling off when we sat in it.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Very basic rooms. Shower had a curtain, water all over the floor after showering. Worn out shower, mold in the corners between floor/walls, no ventilation in the room besides the window that could be opened (thus an unpleasant damp smell in the room), the light in the bathroom was terrible. Reception is a bit messy, and I wasn’t offered a receipt for the city tax. Unmanned reception at night. Over all not at all a hotel that justifiably charges as much as they do compared to the product they offer. Towels are old and worn down, had some stains. Found hairs on the bed sheets. Floor as very dusty and dirty. Beds were regarding comfort. No coffee/tea to make in the room. If only staying for a night just to sleep, then it could be ok. But to stay there for a weekend/few days in Berlin is not recommended.

The shower was leaking and the bathroom floor kept getting soaked. I called front desk multiple times to get it fixed or change our room. The front desk attendant was very rude the first time I called to let them know. The next day I called again to get it fixed they send someone to fix it but told us we couldn’t use the shower all that day which was very inconvenient. The third day we used the shower the floor started getting soaked again called to let them know but I was ignored. Do not recommend this place !

Skulle have et sted at overnatte og få et bad. Hotellet central beliggende (for mig). Trods adressen ingen støj fra vej. Rent og pænt værelse. Tager gerne et værelse der igen.
