Great service from lady at front desk. Room is perfect. No looking a the building in the back. Breakfast seems extended (very nice). My eoom is cleaned daily. Air conditioning is quiet. Rooms should ha e a small fridge! It 30-40 *C. Keeping water cold is vital.

The air-conditioning was horrible. The room was looking at the back of a building. Only get odd numbered rooms. Never lower than the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was not helpful. I will pick a different hotel on my rerurn.

Primero me dieron una habitación en el 4to. Piso, la cual olía muy feo cómo guardado, se ve a no ocupan ese piso no le dan mantenimiento, las instalaciones, muebles están muy deteriorados, el colchón ya no es confortable, me desilusionó mucho, viajo constantemente y mi lugar favorito es el City exprés por que se ha caracterizado por limpieza, pero el de Villahermosa no está a la altura de un by Marriot. Espero puedan mejorar por que es uno de los mejores hoteles en la República Mexicana.
Estuvo dos días esa mancha de café, era pésimo salir del elevador y encontrarse con eso.

Buena Limpieza y ubicación, sin embargo, no me gustó que no haya buen internet y que la smart TV no funciona (no tiene acceso a internet) ni tampoco tiene cable, solo televisión abierta, lo cual es inaceptable en estos tiempos
