The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, lovely menu and good coffee. You never wait long to be seated or served. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a huge balcony to sit on. Very peaceful even though it was in the middle of a busy street. The hotel was in a very good location to explore Ubud. Would highly recommend 😍

This is how of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous and very green - the property is expansive yet when you walk outside at the front you’re in a very busy, walkable area with many shopping and dining options. I liked the balance of the quiet and nature of the hotel combined with the walk ability and convenience to things. You can also walk to monkey forest area with tons of nightlife and restaurants. Lastly the staff was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely return here.

We had an amazing stay at Alaya Resort in Ubud. The setting is beautiful—surrounded by lush greenery and excellent location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. One of the highlights was the Dala Spa—absolutely relaxing with top-notch treatments in a peaceful setting. Overall, Alaya Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and Balinese hospitality.
