We attended with our family children, grandparents, aunts and uncles. The hotel was incredibly hot walking down the corridors. Walking into the room after a long journey with two children was a massive downer and if we weren't meeting other family members we would have likely left there and then. The room smelt musty, immediately noticed the room had not been cleaned properly in a while. The walls were covered in dust, crumbs and packets from the previous guests under the beds which just rolled around the room as the locks on the wheels appeared to not work, there looked like red blood on one of the bedside tables at the bottom and windows were not sealed that well at all. In the bathroom the shower curtain was mouldy, extractor fan was covered in so much old dust that when you turned it on the dust went everywhere! All over the bathroom sinks, bath, toilet it was grim! Immediately went to complain to the staff at the front desk who were really attentive, they came to view the room and told us they'd get someone to try to clean some of the dust whilst we all went to get some food for dinner. We didn't book the inclusive food package for the first night due to the cost, it would have been just shy of £100 for four people which given the quality of the food was steep so decided to go up to the Aztec Bistro bar/resteraunt.
