Within walking distance of main attractions, with local WeGo bus close by. Free parking a huge plus as most hotels in the area charge $50 a day. Staying at Susan’s Villa was the perfect choice! Alice and Jacky were incredibly welcoming and kind. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The room had a kettle, a small fridge, and complimentary toiletries, along with coffee, tea, and water provided as a courtesy. The breakfast they prepared was abundant and delicious. The place is very nice and quiet and the location is excellent—you can walk everywhere, and if you have the WeGo pass, the stop is just four blocks away. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Niagara. Thank you for a great stay!

Mother-Daughter Week in Niagara Falls CAN
Susan and Jacky are amazing! Our rental was clean and cozy and the perfect location for our Mother-Daughter week in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so yummy, and the plating was so pretty. And they did a great job accommodating my vegetarian daughter. If we are in Niagara again, we will definitely stay at Susan’s Villa.
