Great hotel with kids not too great without kids. I would not like to check in her only with my wife. Too many kids in pool and breakfast. But this time we travel with our 1,5 year old kid so it was perfect. What is making my grade a little lower is due to very cold water in the pool and slightly outdated room with small damages.

The area around and throughout the main floor are well done, landscaped and well decorated. The floors are hot and the cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. Again, if you want wash cloths look elsewhere. Also only a half shower door and a weird see through shower window on the opposite side with a blind for mildew to grow on.

If you price the included breakfast and kiddie water park at international rates the hotel room itself is almost free. Great value!! Clean happy place. If you have young kids the waterpark is fantastic. Even for adults. Right right there so no need taxis etc. On the map the hotel looks a bit set back from the beach but it's like 100 feet further than the Holiday Inn (which is also great but no water park and when I booked was twice the price of Mercure). Proximity to beach and to Walking street is not an issue. Family friendly. If no kids and have the money then Hilton is your place. Pls spend a bit extra and don't stay at Ibis.

I book this for my family, 2 adults y 2 kids. I book it beccause a friend recomended it. I book for 4 and that was all. unfortunately I supposed that a room for 4 will be in the proper size... it was not, 2 small bed for 4 and barely space for beds and a desk. The hotel should not offer this type of room for 4 people... So, please check the size before booking. in my opinion, the location is the best the pool is ok but dissapointed for the price of tge hotel. the same, the water park.is too small and not worth to book it for that.
