Every staff that we had the pleasure in meeting were all courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. Services were great, cleanliness too. The only thing was, I believe some (or one) of my neighbors smoked. I could smell the smoke in my bathroom multiple times a day. Fortunately I was given an air purifier, but I do hope they could just expel or fine the smoker in a non-smoking floor. Thank you.
