I was really pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was, very spacious and well appointed with updated everything. The service was also excellent with housecleaning greeting us in the hallways and offering fresh towels, waters etc. The pool area was very nice and relaxing.

Nice hotel without having to deal with the chaos of the strip (if that's your business!) Cons are that it's a smoking casino and the coffee quality at the on-site café is really subpar so you have to get up and drive to pickup breakfast, but otherwise a nice, clean, spacious hotel for our family with plenty of free parking and easy access to the things we wanted to do in town.

Excellent stay

First time at the M Hotel and was impressed with the ease of getting in and out using the valet service. Didn't have to walk a mile to get our car. Enjoyed the peacefulness of a not-so-crowded Hotel. Clean and new looking. Nice modern and comfortable rooms. Took advantage of the fitness room with plenty of of weight machines and free weights 💪

If you want to be miles away from the strip this is a hotel for you. I don't get the "Raider NFL" connection they are trying to make. Everything is very nice.

A little disappointed!

This stay I must say I was a little disappointed. Our cards kept demonizing so a few times we were locked out. The was really hard to operate. The front desk kept trying to process my payment on my debit card when I used my AMEX. On the plus side the hotel is immaculate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Always plenty of parking. The pool was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay.

Not super impressed

I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. There are so many hotels in Vegas and to me this hotel was nothing special. We paid $150 resort fee, but they closed the pool due to high winds and never returned our resort fee. We ate in there Raiders bar and the food was absolutely horrible. The casino smelled like smoke. The staff was really nice, but unfortunately, that was the only thing that impressed me.
