When in Florence stay somewhere else!
We were left really disappointed by our stay here. Communication had been great prior to the stay, and the apartment is in a good location and well maintained. But so many things went wrong during our stay that we can’t leave the positive review we had hoped to! When we arrived at the apartment, the water, air conditioning and some of the electricity was not working. The owners did respond and we were able to turn the water and electricity back on, and said that they would send someone to fix the air conditioning the next day. We were left uncomfortable over night in the apartment given it was a very warm evening. The next day we were instructed to leave our keys in the lockbox for the maintenance team to fix the air conditioning, however they never came. We also got locked out of the apartment building for 30 minutes because the access phone number didn’t work this time. Overall we were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this stay.

OK voor kort verblijf.
Goed gelegen voor kort verblijf in Firenze. 15min van station, 15 min van centrum. Alles kan te voet gedaan worden. Accomodatie zelf rook niet fris. Toilet tussen lavabo en douche gepropt waardoor het zeker niet comfortabel zitten is. Rustig gelegen. Steile trap om naar boven te gaan.
