Stuff friendly. Room was not ready for guests. There wasn't any sheets for the bed, tv wasn't working properly turning off, phone was off unable to use it or conect to front desk, no irone, carpets were not clean and there wasn't any ice machine, no cups or water in the room. Stuff was friendly, front dusk provide cups upon request and breakfast was good.

Sacakli und seine Frau sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit das man das Gefühl bekommt ob man sie schon Ewigkeiten kennt und sich sicher aufgehoben fühlt in der Großstadt.
