The first few nights were a bit rough. The first room I was assigned to was on the 10th floor. It had a smell (body odor), and the tv was blue and defected. We let the front desk know and they resolved it by switching our rooms. Once we switched, we then noticed our lamps were lopsided. This doesn’t bother me, but could see why it would affect other guest since the second room offered was faulty as well. Overall, the breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The workers really try to work with you and resolve all issues. We were offered a waiver and they were quick to try to help us with any issues. I’m a bit thrown off by the parking though. I was informed that it would be 50 for my stay, not 42 per night. I’d stay again for the service and breakfast but really hope next time we’d get a better room, or they’d consider making single pay for parking during your stay.
