Spacious room, very close to the beach. Owner didn't smile much but she was polite, I didn't have any problems communicating with. However when the owner is absent, there is a kind old lady with hearing problems, which is very difficult to communicate with. There was evidence of wear and poor care almost everywhere; door, windows, chairs, our kitchen hood was covered in oil, the plastic cover in our bathroom light was literally melted by the heat of bulbs over the years. I didn't mind about those things, the price was ok and we only went back to the room for sleep, but I think it makes a huge difference to enter a property that is well looked after and this one wasn't. First night on the premises an army of cockroaches appeared out in the yard, where we sit for breakfast and dinner. Never seen so many of them in my life. This really put me off. I had to persuade the old lady to do something about it, but of course such problems can only be solved by professionals and it takes time. The morning after a professional came around and applied PEST material. The following evenings the problem was much reduced in scale but still they kept coming out and dying, which was very upsetting as that was the area where we dined. Luckily they didn't enter the room! Although I appreciate calling in a professional, this should have never happened at first place.

ottima collocazione e vista magnifica. Buoni gli spazi per una famiglia di 4 persone. ma il servizio è da affittacamere neanche troppo precisa (non erano neanche lì ad accoglierci). Tanti piccoli problemi ma Milina è una sosta da consigliare.

επιεικώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!!!!!
Όλα όσα έγραφε στην περιγραφή του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ψέματα!!!!!! Μας έδωσε άλλο δωμάτιο από αυτό που κλείσαμε, η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν αγενέστατη, ο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ήταν για το δικό της αυτοκίνητο και για τα δικά μας αυτοκίνητα εννοούσε ιδιωτικό παρκάρισμα στον δρόμο(!!!!!!!!), έγραφε καθημερινή οροφοκομία (χαχαχα), που σίγουρα η κυρία δεν είχε ιδέα τι σημαίνει (ας ανοίξει κανένα λεξικό πρώτα και μετά να χρησιμοποιήσει λέξεις που δεν ξέρει(!!!!). Μείναμε 8 βραδιές και μας καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο μόνο μία φορά, το μπάνιο βρωμούσε και έβλεπε σε φωταγωγό. Δεν είχε σήτες, είχε ένα ψυγείο που έκανε θόρυβο σαν να είχαμε τρακτέρ μέσα στο δωμάτιο, τα παιδιά μου δεν μπορούσαν να κοιμηθούν τα βράδια. Τα δωρεάν προϊόντα προσωπικής περιποίησης είναι όλο κι όλο ένα σαπουνάκι όταν πας στο δωμάτιο.

Spacious room, very close to the beach
It´s an appartement with simple standard, but clean and with very friendly owner. Unfortunaltely the wifi was out of order during our stay, same as the refiginer. However, we spent just one night (as planned), so it was no matter. The location of this apparement is really in the center of Milina, perfect to get everywhere by walking. Mare opposite the street, very close. No breakfast or any other meal service offered. If you don‘t expect much luxury, it could be perfect for you.
