Amazing Bed and Breakfast located close to the Hamptons. 10 min from the beach, walkable to some restaurants and bars - easy access to many local destinations. Carol was a wonderful host and very accommodating! Recommend this highly

Good value B&B
Carole provided a full breakfast each morning, starting with a plate of fresh fruit which was delicious. It’s right on the main road so it’s easy to find, get to other areas and a two minute walk into town. We enjoyed a slow paced visit, spent a day sitting poolside with a book and enjoyed some good meals. And we met some nice people.

Carole’s B&B was such a pleasant place to stay during our trip. She was so kind, responsive and really valued her guests staying with her. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious and the property was beautiful. The pool was perfect during the summer heat. Carol is a marvelous and caring hostess who is very concerned and invested in making sure that her guests are comfortable and has a good time while there. The pool is also a huge bonus, especially on a humid evening when you get back from the beach. Her reccommendations of local attractions and places to visit was invaluable. Charming and cozy gem!
We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! It’s such a cute and cozy b&b with so much charm. Our room was clean and comfy, the location was convenient, and we loved the serenity of the backyard and pool. This place is a hidden gem at an unbeatable price for the Hamptons… Pics don’t do it justice and there’s not a lot of reviews just yet because they just recently reopened. Last but not least, Carole was a wonderful and endearing host who made us feel at home and made tasty breakfasts everyday (we also love her dog, Sweetie). Thank you, Carole!

Carole greeted us warmly and showed us to our Room upstairs. Because my friend needed to use her cane, the hostess helped us with her luggage. Very nice bedroom and downstairs area to enjoy. The full breakfast the next morning was delicious.
