The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Ronil. The atmosphere was brilliant and the service was excellent. The room could have been bit bigger as it was not big enought to accommodate 3 people as advertised.
