Ipswich is applauded for its theatre and entertainment with such cultural attractions as Ipswich Regent Theatre and Martlesham Heath Control Tower Museum. This historical city has something for everyone including its sports, restaurants and sights like Blackfriars and Portman Road.
Has got a lot of normal Town facilities and good high street and retail parks and an impressive water front .. the surrounding area generally has a lot to offer, with Constable country, Sutton Ho, Rivers, countryside and East coast resorts nearby.

It is located in the nicest part of the town, but just 10 / 15 minute drive to Dedham, or towards the Suffolk coast. Its within walking distance of lovely restaurants, bars and the football ground.

Great Harbour area and local to some shops and places to eat. There are some appealing places (villages and coastal areas) just a short drive away from the City.

Lovely location for couple or solo. Not loads of things to do, but town centre about a 10 minute walk. And several major fast food joints right next to hotel.

Lovely meal on the waterfront. Overall a good base for a Sutton hoo visit.
"As a first time user, pleasantly surprised with the quality and convenience of this Easy hotel. Will definitely use again when next visiting Ipswich. We chose a room with a window (frosted glass), so can't comment on how it would feel if windowless. Room compact and fine for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). Good temperature control. Lots of breakfast options nearby, so the fact that this is not provided is not problematic. "
"I had forgotten to book the hotel I planned to stay in, and so had to quickly find a replacement on the day as where I was planning to stay wasn't available.
What a result, this was half the price, incredible value, a decent breakfast for the price, and it was honestly faultless. The room was amazingly comfortable and spotlessly clean and I will definitely stay again. For a one night stay on business it was very good indeed. "
"I was working in the area and needed somewhere with a gym and pool. Found this gem and I wasn't disappointed.
The gym was great for a hotel and the pool area was amazing.
Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great.
Couldn't fault this place for a first visit.
I will return."
"Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing as always. Breakfast is wholesome and top rated. Good location to visit places in Suffolk and Norfolk. Will keep visiting every year!"
