The accomodation was fantastic. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was large, very clean, and had all the facilities required for a great holiday. Our host Rick was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

We only booked the day before in order to attend a Scarborough Outdoor Theatre show. Rick was brilliant in letting us know our room would be ready early for us and how to go about parking etc. The room was great, really comfy bed, clean, well thought out and with nice touches to make our stay comfortable. Centrally placed between North and South Bay, easy to walk to both. Would highly recommend,especially if visiting for Theatre or the cricket.

Very small room and very limited 'sea view'. Very quiet however division between another room not soundproof and we could hear all conversation of neighbours. They could obviously hear ours as they tapped on the wall !!! The room and premises were spotlessly clean.

A jewel in Scarborough crown! A lovely place to stay with a friendly, warm welcome. Our room was modern & bright & we were very thankful for the black out curtains. The stay was quiet & a fantastic location with a pub across the road & only a short walk to the theatre & amenities. We will stay there next time we are in the area.

Absolutely amazing!
Couldn’t fault this place at all! Owner contacted us before we arrived to introduce himself and explain how to get checked in/out and how to get our parking permit for our stay Room was lovely and clean and had a mini fridge, heater, tv, fan, shower and Towels. There was even an iron available in the stairway for guests to use Location was perfect as we were a 5 minute walk from the night life and pubs 10 minute walk from the Scarborough South front Will definitely be booking to stay here again! Not one single thing to fault!
