Amazing place to stay in London
This hotel was perfect. The location was fantastic, although you would never know you were staying somewhere so central due to the room being very quiet. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were the pefect balance of friendly and professional. We loved the complimentary drink in the evening - perfect before a show. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Location is good though it’s more the Strand than Covent Garden ! Not sure it’s a “hotel” as such . It’s small one bedroomed maisonettes . That all said it’s excellent and staff were so friendly and helpful . The whole place is clean and modern and reflects it being fairly new to the market

The best, most helpful stuff I've ever seen. Phenomenally nice. The hotel has everything that's important (everything clean, excellent temperature, excellent beds, excellent water pressure etc) and doesn't have anything that's useless. Lack of restaurant is compensated by a great amount of cafes and restaurants steps away from the hotel. Obviously well managed.

Wonderful Stay in the best location
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and was able to check us in early with no problems. Our room was clean and there was a bottle of wine complements of the hotel in our fridge and a hand written note in our room. The location was perfect and had a huge selection of great restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to London.
