When I checked in the garbage from the prior renter was still in the room and leaking and some of the cabinets were not cleaned. They had listed a microwave, coffee/tea pot, pots, pans, utensils, plates, safe, robes and washing machine all of which was not in the unit. I spent 3 days having to be in the unit while they one by one brought all the items. Nobody speaks English, living room coffee table unstable, the siding glass door to the balcony heavy, comes off the tracks and very difficult to slide, housekeeping doesn't clean unless told and cleans as little as possible whenever they do clean. Mopped the floor and it left a bad odor, forgets to leave water and/or towels and don't clean the shower unless told. One day a bunch of debris from outside blew into the hallway all over the floor and in front of my door and that debris stayed there for 2 to 3 days until I told the front desk to clean it. In the middle of my stay the maintenance man started to train the night front desk clerk and another worker to be housekeepers and they had no clue what they were doing. Management is never on property so you can only communicate with her by phone. Management would not give any compensation for my many inconveniences and would not give me her name when I asked several times.
