Schöne aber laute Zimmer
Als wir dort waren leider eine große Baustelle nebenan, die auch am Wochenende bis in die Nacht gearbeitet haben. Wie von anderen bereits beschrieben sehr laut auch von der Straße, was wohl daran liegt das keine Fensterscheiben in den großen Balkontüren zumindest war unser Zimmer so. Räume sind ansonsten schön mit bequemen Betten und gutes Badezimmer. Hervoragend war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal dem ein großes Lob gehört.

super accueil top logement.
Super accueil par la femme de ménage il me semble. Très gentille, souriante et aimable. Très belle chambre numéro 5 avec beaucoup de charme et de confort. Seul petit bémol la rue donne sur une rue en travaux « un détail qui ne concerne pas le logement » sinon 2 grands lits, haut plafond en plein cœur de La Havane 3min à pieds. Si je retourne à La Havane je choisi je logement.

Wonderful room in the centre of old town Havana. Welcoming team and great breakfast in the morning on the terrace. Just a small walk to restaurants and old town sights. Lovely!

Not as expected in anyway, rundown and scary, driver doesn’t pick you up like you were told they would, so you find your own way back to a dirty over crowded ally way so noisy all night inside the hotel and out. Worst trip ever. I would never return, even if it was free. Total dump.

Staff make the stay special
The hotel is in the middle of the Old Havana district and close to major attractions. It is up a flight or 2 of some steep stairs. After an initial mishap with a misplaced booking the staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to assist with our questions. There can be late night street noise.

Impressive mansion, bring earplugs, skip breakfast
Rooms in Havana Dreams boast ceilings of 4+ meters in a nicely restored 1920s building a short walk from the main square. Nice atmosphere and a wifi-free zone. On the less positive side, breakfast on the rooftop terrace is fine but non-hygienic, cooked in the wind in the middle of a construction site. The aftermath of the stay coincided for both of us with a nasty noro-virus. It can be fairly noisy late into the night in the heart of the old town in Havana – bring earplugs. The taxi to the airport reconfirmed twice never arrived. If this happens to you, walk towards Iberostar hotel, there are plenty there.

The hotel is in a great location, especially for Old Havana. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a large fridge and balcony, and very clean.

Everything was perfect, from location to room to service. The sweetest ladies work here and beyond helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to get a feel for what’s it’s like to live in a historic apartment building without the touristy fuss of the larger chain hotels.

Havana Dreams Boutique Hotel is located right in the action within Old Havana - walking distance to everything. I felt very safe and secure. The room is air conditioned and has a private bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated and has the most comfortable beds! There is a small balcony off the bedroom which is excellent for watching life unfold in old Havana town. The terrace on the roof top serves up beautiful breakfasts and the staff were friendly and caring. I would definitely stay here again!

Pulled up to the place we were staying and was nervous at first but this was absolutely beautiful on the inside and everyone was so helpful and kind. Made us feel at home and so welcomed. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect!! Location was right in the middle of lots to walk and see. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling! Location is great—- can walk everywhere- safely! Don’t let the entrance and third world facade put you off. Inside is spotless clean large rooms with all you need—- AC, well stocked refrigerator, large and well functioning bathroom all tile, nice firm beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff,rooftop patio for great Breakfasts of fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, toast, and great coffee with steamed milk——all very reasonably priced!!!! Owner is always ready to help and make suggestions so You will have a great Cuban experience. The only negative thing to say is to be prepared for the steep steps up to the small lobby area. This place grows on you..... you are surrounded by the real Cuba..... right down to hearing roosters crowing on the distance!
