"Firstly,the room itself was perfect, comfy bed, tasteful decor and lots of extra stuff like an iron, fridge, smart tv, hob, however no cutlery or pots so you couldn't use hob or oven.
The service was mixed, room was left open by cleaners and it didn't even get cleaned, air con wasn't working properly and had to keep calling reception for towels, cleaning the room, fix air con etc
Restaurant service wasn't great,but porters were lovely, reception staff average.

"The room has a good view from the window and from the balcony to the sea. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. It was generally quiet and we felt safe. The pool and the area around it is nice. The tradeoff being that we were a little far from the train. And the train ride into the city is about 10 miles. "

"Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you."
