They were so accommodating and applied an extra day rate of $75 so that we could check out at 6 p.m. before our late evening flight back to the United States. Their complimentary shuttle buses to the airport and the outlet mall were a huge plus!"
"Close to dining area, convenient stores, market, banks, trams, MTR & taxis, etc. Staff are very nice. I only found out now as I’ve several bookings but have trips in between, I can store luggages with them for free. That’s a big bonus. If they have self service for laundry, that would be even better. If their restaurant opening hrs are longer, that would help, too. Overall, we like the hotel & will certainly be back in future."
"Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.
Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals.
Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families. "
