The Hotel room was modern with added measures of comfort which include luxurious robes and slippers, mini fridge, excellent bed and sleep comfort, desk area and bath with walk-in shower. The city view was wonderful and our upper floor room was very quiet. The breakfast offers a wide variety of excellent food. Austin at the front desk gave us great rooms for ourselves and friends.
The concierge, Danny, was very accommodating and helpful. He actually dropped us at a nearby restaurant we requested to assist us in saving time on our one day visit. Sylvia checked us out and provided a quick and smooth exit.
We self parked on Solidad street and it was only a one minute walk to a secure parking garage.
All of the staff was excellent and friendly. The Intercontinental IHG was only a few blocks north of the Riverwalk and very accessible. We are very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to the RIverwalk.
I highly recommend the IHG Hotel (5 star) for comfort and very helpful and friendly staff. We will be back and thank you for a great stay.
