I have stayed here many times. The rooms are great and clean. The reason this is a 2-Star hotel with great reviews is because they are not flexable with the customer. This is not a cheap hotel. $133 out the door for king. This is day 2 of my stay. I asked for a noon check out unstead of a 11am checkout. There were 2 ladies at the desk. They told me that they had to get approval from housekeeping and that they could not approve of it themselves. What??? I have traveled as a airline crew member for 21 years. Normally, the front desk advises the housekeeper that a room checkout will be one hour extended. So as a customer, I have to wait for housekeeping get to work to approve my request. Apparently, its subjective and depends on how the housekeeper feels that day.
This is why the hotel is a 2 star. Its customer service in a box and limited. Oh by the way, thanks for the smoke alarm churping my first night of my stay. I got woke up and could not go back to sleep. NO positive outrageous service. They owe me my request for 1 hour. At the end of the day, its a Quality Inn.
