La chambre située au rez-de-chaussée est spacieuse et plutôt bien insonorisée . Par contre la salle de bain est petite. Le matelas présente des signes de fatigue. Le mini frigo n’est pas opérationnel si la carte électronique d’accès à la chambre n’est pas dans le lecteur. C’est gênant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire. Un minium de produit est mis à disposition en libre service et il faut réclamer pour avoir du pain toasté. L’établissement dispose d’un sauna et d’un bain de vapeur. Le fonctionnement de ces équipements manque d’explications. Il convient de s’assurer qu’ils sont opérationnels avant d’y aller sinon prévoir environ 1/2heure de chauffe. Autour de l’établissement il y a d’autre restaurants. Il est fortement recommandé de réserver, l’endroit est assez touristique. À proximité il y a un supermarché et une station essence

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück mit Liebe gemacht, allerdings sehr deftig. Man muss halt das schottische Frühstück mögen. Auf Nachfrage gab es aber auch einfach Toast mit Marmelade.

We had the MacKinnon room. It was a beautiful room with a great view. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom floors were heated. The window only opens a crack and bugs and flies get in because they dont have any screens. Great water pressure. There is a steam room and sauna that you can use. There was only one guy working the desk and the bar.ans was able to handle my request for a fan quickly. The breakfast that was included was delicious. They have really good food and service in there. I would recommend this property.

Perfect spot to just breathe and enjoy the moment

Four of us (all adults) stayed two nights here and had booked the hotel months in advance. This was our favorite hotel on our 10-day trip through England and Scotland ... it's beautiful and provides the perfect spot to just breathe and watch the sun set near the water. The chickens and ducks provided an entertaining start to each morning! The bed was so comfortable and the room was decorated simply, but beautifully. We ate dinner at the Sprig restaurant and really enjoyed it, especially the sticky toffee pudding! The location was fantastic, too ... we easily caught a bus from the ferry in Armadale to get there, to Portree for a tour of the Isle, and to Kyle of Lochalsh ... it was an easy base of our adventure!

First time in Skye and my stay at House of Juniper helped make it a fantastic break. Nothing but positive things to say. Staff fantastic, the Sprig restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back
