A Dump!

I would avoid this hotel at all costs, except if you are a Spring Breaker who just needs a place to crash and nothing else is available. The rooms are filthy: mouse droppings, dead water bugs, filthy bathroom with a toilet that needed fixing. The safety locks on the door were poorly assembled, and didn't fit the door. We stayed there two nights, but I couldn't be bothered to complain to the desk manager, who was practically in a makeshift office no larger than a double closet. It wasn't worth my time. My wife and I travel a lot and have stayed in both excellent and mediocre hotels. I never leave reviews, but his place is a dump. Caveat emptor

Office was in a room without a sign with limited hours. There was not good signage to find the hotel. The parking was poor.

The front door had a hole in it large enough for rodents to get inside. The room smelled musty. The bathroom had black mold in it. Didn’t even bring our bags inside. The room and hotel wasn’t the room on the website. It definitely not 4 star hotel as shown on your website. Very disappointing to have this misrepresentation of the hotel. This mini vacation was for my wife’s 58 birthday. The birthday was saved by staying at Devon Shores just around the corner. It did cost me $438 for the weekend.

Estuvimos dos noches en el hotel y nos gustó mucho, todo muy limpio lo mismo dentro de la habitación que en la piscina, la atención excelente, la playa super serca del hotel es solo cruzar la calle, está ubicado céntrico, una experiencia satisfactoria la esatacia, lo volvería a repetir!!!

The property is spacious, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly. Located just a block away from the beach. Guest service desk provided a welcome snack basket. The one downside is that the bathroom could be cleaned better. Overall it’s a great place to stay in.

If you book online you will see a picture of the hotel that looks like a beautiful high rise. But that is not case. If you look closely you will see a tiny two story motel. No elevator and metal rail old stairs. The door lock was hanging almost by a thread. The is no lobby. Just an old room with an old desk. You definitely do not get what you paid for! The location was very good. Other than that they have a lot of things to improve upon.
