My expectations for the hotel were not very high to begin with, but the experience was still disappointing. The person who handled my check-in had zero communication skills—no eye contact, no greeting, and no information provided. The room was quite dirty. There were women’s hairs on the towels and on the bed. I saw a female staff member, so they were most likely hers.
I had booked a stay with breakfast included, but there was no one available to speak with in the morning. The only thing I saw for breakfast was a cereal station, but even that was locked. I wish I had felt as secure as the cereals, because they were locked behind metal bars and completely unreachable.
As a result, I paid for a stay with breakfast included but did not receive breakfast for two days.
