Traveled eight hundred miles and arrived only to be told in a rude tone that they couldn’t honor my reservation. To make matters worse, they still charged my credit card and so did Hotels.com. I didn’t even get a courtesy email or phone call.

This property is involved in fraudulent activities. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look like the hotel in person. It is horrible. It looks like something out of a horror movie.
