Quiet Oasis
The resort was a quiet oasis with beautiful Southwestern colors and architecture. Pleasant pool with a hot tub tight out our door in our coutyard and a larger kids pool in the rear of the resort with slides and a restaurant.

Horrible experience
I am currently still at this hotel up at 3am and can't sleep because I have changed rooms 3 times and looked at 4 different rooms and this last one I noticed the door won't lock. This has been the worse place I have ever been to in life. I am traveling with my autistic daughter who was already upset about the multiple changes so when I got her to bed and noticed the door wouldn't lock I decided to just stay awake after being told I didn't know how to bathe and I'm supposed to stand in dirty water let the shower drain then wash my feet off. I wouldn't wish this place on my worse enemy. The only upside is the waterpark I would never recommend this hotel and will advise anyone stay away so not stay here.

Disappointed
Booked 4 nights at this "4 star resort" for my daughter and I. It was a repeat stay for me but my memory failed me and I forgot how disappointing it was. I won't be returning.
The carpet was stained, the couch was uncomfortable and stained, the furnishings were "motel" at best. The bathroom was so tiny that the door clears the toilet with a centimeter to spare - meaning you can't open or close the door while you are sitting on the toilet.
The shower did not have any body wash, I had to request housekeeping twice because we kept being skipped.
The bed is about 4 inches from the wall so if you need someone to get out of the bed on each side, that won't work for one of the beds (in the two queen unit).
Our room "pverlooking the pool" (laughable) was the hallway that leads to the room is in front of the pool. Our balcony - which I assumed was where we'd be overlooking the pool - actually overlooked the service alley and was in shadow 24hrs/day.
The restaurant service and food were mediocre at best and we went once and didn't return.
All in all, I regret booking here given how many other choices there are and I won't be returning.
