"The space was amazing and the views were spectacular. But that was not the only reason we got that room. I got it because of the amenities that it had. Which were the rooftop infinity pool, gym and spa. However that area is closed permanently so you have no access to those amenities. Had I known that, I would have selected a different hotel. And prior to check in they said that those amenities came at an additional cost. It wasn’t part of the price."
