Pleasant staff and very nice pool area, convenient location but hotel needs a serious renovation. Cracks on the floor, door to our room needed to be cleaned, textured walls were very unattractive. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle to downtown was a great amenity.

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is great, but the coffee is the best. You don't need a car at all. You have a shuttle that goes either to the beach or downtown every hour. Over all a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation.

It’s a 7-10 minute drive to everywhere. The hotel feels more like a motel, and is extremely run down. According to the front desk staff they haven’t made any hotel upgrades in the past 10 years.

Amazing Experience
My wife and I made our first trip to Key West and loved our stay at this hotel. We had a room on the first floor where we went out our back sliding glass doors onto our deck, and then 2 steps to the pool and poolside bar, it was awesome!! When we rerurn to Key West we will absolutely stay here again and try to get the same room again, just perfect. The free drinks at the bar, the free shuttle downtown, the concierge in the lobby, everything worked out so well. We were really happy here.

Hotell should have a renorvation
We had reservation for five people, still in the room there was made beds only for four people. Even there was sofa in the livingroom, that could he opened for sleeping. We had to ask for more sheet`s also so we could make the beb for five by out selostaa. And still we didn`t get the pillowcase, even i did call again about it in the reseption. The room`s floor was dirty and sticky. Water didin`t work properly in the sink. There was napkins in the swimming pool. We were disapointed about the hotel and it was expensive. The hotel needs to have a renorvation and update the rooms. Luckily we were there only for one night.
