Overall, the hotel was okay, but I think it was overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was decent, but the service and overall customer experience could have been much better.
The staff did not feel very welcoming or service-minded. There were no proper greetings, and at times it felt like they were tired of dealing with guests. Reception also felt disorganized during busy periods, with no clear process for managing people waiting at the desk.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. We had to ask and remind the staff to clean the room and make the beds, and basic items like shampoo were not refilled. The hallways and elevators also had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall impression of the hotel.
We also did not receive a welcome bag, while other guests appeared to receive one, and we had to wait a while to get our bags from the luggage room.
Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but for the price I expected better service, cleaner common areas, and more attention to detail. I would probably choose another hotel next time.
