The room was a great size, clean and a beautiful view of the city. So many restaurants around as their restaurants were under renovation. Great customer service too.

This is a nicely located hotel. I booked as it was much cheaper than surrounding properties. Floors 1-11 were under construction. There was a smell of drywall and paint through out though. The staff were nice, the rooms spacious and nice. Aside from the construction, the only issue is the number of elevators for the demand - you often have to wait 5+ minutes.
Overall apart for the construction- this is a good Hilton.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and loved the large closet--gave is extra space since we could store luggage in it. Very convenient location. We took advantage of walking through the Prudential mall to stay warm while being outside. We will definitely stay again.

Terrific room, we always appreciate a second chair/sofa and still spacious. The property is undergoing renovations which made bar/evening dining unavailable and weekdays noisy, but the staff made extra efforts to accommodate all we needed. easy walk to back bay amenities and the T. We'd absolutely stay again
