We had an excellent stay at Le Châtelain and were very impressed with the hotel. The room was spacious, elegant, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was well thought out, and the hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Ismail at the Front Desk was extremely helpful in resolving a situation in our daughter’s room where the toilet doesn’t work. He should be highly commended for his excellent customer service. Alvin also is quite efficient and prompt in responding to a request we had. We will stay again at the hotel because of its staff and the location.

Highly commend the staff for their efficiency and high customer service level. Ismail gets a special mention for helping out with a situation involving our daughter’s room toilet not working. And Alvin for responding promptly to a few requests of ours. Both are friendly hard workers. The hotel is lovely and in a great location. However, it’s rather old and some rooms probably need a little more upkeep.
