I stayed here 2 years ago and thought it was great. I don't think they have done anything in 2 years. More run down now but still OK. Very soft beds, hairdryer in room didn't work and you need to request the room to be cleaned even though we stayed 6 nights. Had to ask for towels at the front desk.

The staff was nice and the waffles were good.. but the place is outdated and run down. We killed MULTIPLE roaches in the room, several fixtures missing, holes in the walls like you see in Tom & Jerry cartoons.

Handicap shower flooded bathroom had to request towels to clean up water. Toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was horrible not to mention not enough food to meet demand. Both beds felt like there was a hole in the middle you rolled in to. Paid too much money for this mess.

If you are doing anything at the Tulsa Expo you cant find a better location for ease of back and forth. The price is excellent for what you receive and the overall location. Breakfast could use a little improvement but it was decent.

We checked in and when we got to our floor, the hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. After leaving to grab a bite to eat, came back and found cockroaches in the bathroom. We checked out and didn’t stay. Tried to get a refund at front desk but wouldn’t refund. Luckily I was able to get a refund with help of Hotels.com

Not the best hotel but it was close to the sage net center. Breakfast choice is limited and only 1 choice of coffee. the coffee maker in the room was old and stained would not use. The room could use a table so you can eat on*not the desk that the TV was on.

This hotel needs to come off of Expedia immediately. The hotel is infested with both mice and roaches. I informed the front desk of the roaches that i saw in our room and they immediately sent someone up to spray. I did appreciate that although it did not help. Do not stay here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no where else to go.

We originally had a room on the 3rd floor. Room was outdated and dirty, sheets were stained. Requested a different room and got moved to the 2nd floor, room was updated and a little nicer. We won't stay here again.
