Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She made our stay more comfortable. We were only here for 3 days and only took taxi from the lobby to save time but metro and tram is near by and makes it very convenient if you have enough time to explore. Really comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for access to central Milan by walking or metro. Buffet breakfast was good too! Only minor complaint is that our room was missing toiletries (no shower gel, no spare toilet roll) so we had to keep asking the reception for them. They did sort it out very quickly though.
